Does anyone know how far in advance you can book your procedure? Are there any rules on that xx

If you book it more than 6 week ahead your more likely to get it a cancelled or changed xx

I am also wondering about this Abbie. Why would booking in advance mean that Ashley? I need to book quite far in advance because of children and time off work etc….worried now! Xx

I booked mine 4 months in advance because of uni and work, and mine got changed … But only to one day before. I think it was mainly because I’ve booked over the Xmas holidays xx

I booked about 4 months in advance and it was fine, no cancelations or anything. But don’t forget even the surgeons are human and get ill or not enough nurses to support them etc sooo of course nothing is 100% fail-proof

Ahhh thanks girls ! I’ve got my first consultation Saturday 27th of September but won’t be able to have the surgery till first of January due to not being able to have time off work from October till December!! But I want to get it booked Up and paid ASAP, it’ll be like 3 months in advance. Reckon this will be ok?? Also do you girls know when you pay your deposit and when you pay your full payment? XxxXxx

I booked 6 months ago and had the op today, no cancellations or changes for the op, my pre op consultations were shifted around though, but I was given plenty of notice x

I booked my op in May, and it’s in three days time.
Never on here have I heard that the further in advance you book it, it’s likely to be changed. Yes it may happen but that’s probably in exceptional circumstances. What I will say, is they can only see to a certain point in the future. I booked in May and they were only just about able to see September/October dates.

Waiting has felt like the longest time ever, I’m having a breast reduction so I’ve been looking at myself a lot and just wanting it over with. I’m now just a couple days away and I’m just trying to be relaxed about it, I don’t want to feel stressed 🙂
