How far po did people use savlon wash etc on scar?

Im abit confused on when or if i should use any kind of antibacterial wash on my scar, i want to keep it clean and sterile but not sure if im allowed to use anything like that? im 3 weeks po tomorrow btw xx

I used savlon antiseptic wipes one day and it really irritated and had a bit of blood. After that i Just stuck with sanex zero in shower and dried with hair dryer and started bio oil at 3 weeks. Have been fine. Just change my towel and bra every day and make sure used antibacterial hand wash all the time on hands especially before putting bio oil on xx

i used it at about 2 weeks after i showered id spray it then let em air dry or dry with cool setting x but i was using it daily and thats too much i think as the skin around my scar an where it ran down my tummy got soo dry & sore x
