Becky-personally I feel pain stiff on my back as well as my right boob on day 5. I was not too mobile either as I get out of breath easily. If you are going with someone who knows what you had done, it may make it easy for you. It may do you good mingling if you were coup up in the house for too long. I am now 9 days post op and managing to do more than usual. On the 7th day post op, I took the train with my hubby with minimal walking and it did my back good.

Best to see how your body will take the it. Good luck hon>

hey hun, Im on day 6 this morning and i’m back at work, Ive not taken any pain killers since the hospital and on day 3 was out shopping. I think it depends on the size your going, if your going for unders or overs and every one recovers differently. sleep is the best key, rest as much as possible. xxx

oh wow thts good to hear!! have u been able to wash ur hair?! i know u cant probably get the scars wet but r u able to wash ur hair over the shower? x

    Menu

well i got in a shallow bath and my mum showered it for me, i kept my sports bra on so it protected the plasters for any splashes but it was fine apart from my mum laughing her head off at what a fool I looked lol but at least the hair was clean haha xxx

Becky- My hubby would wash my hair in the sink, then I get in the bath facing the wall. He would rub my back downwards with a sponge then I would press my shoulders against my body to protect the water from going into my front body. I did this about 3x then after a week I could get the scar wet and cold blow dry the scar.
