Sleeping upright is to help the swelling go down and with the settling of the implants. I’ve read some starting to lie flater within the first week but I would say where and when you are comfy. It litteraly is a pain in the ass! This was/is the part of me that is suffering the most lol. I’m 25 days post op now and still not comfy! I even took to sleeping on the sofa last night as I just cant get comfy in bed and I had almost a full night sleep. If I lie flatter I get a really crampy feeling in my boobs but some get no discomfort. I’d say if you are swollen then try to sleep upright for a while to help it go down XX

    Sleep tight lol X

I’ve been sleeping at about 45 degree angle – anything less than that then I swear to god I wouldn’t get up again haha…

Saw my nurse for me post-op today and she said I can start to lie flat(ter) but tbh, it just isn’t comfy for me yet so I’ll stick to being raised and gradually lower the angle xx
