Well I’m 7 days post op at the moment, and I went for a check up with my surgeon yesterday with my dad driving. The 30 min drive there and back was absolutely unbearable with all the bumps etc. It actually left me feeling a bit sick. So I’m defo not going behind the wheel for another few days, til I start to feel more human. xx

I’m 7 days post op and today i had a 40 minute drive to see the nurse. It was not good. Any bumps and i think my boobs are gonna fall off!!! So painful.

I tried also to move the car in the drive last night and I couldn’t push the gear down to get it in reverse.

I’m back at work in another week, so will have to drive then… i’m gonna take my hubbys car though coz his is a much smoother ride to my sports suspension mini!!!

I got driving again exactly one week after op. No way would i have done it earlier..Managed ok, thought about padding the seatbelt up a bit if i felt it too much did not have to. Guess everyone is different in their healing process.

You cant drive for 7 days after a general anaesthetic cos most insurance companies wont cover you! xx

R u having unders or overs hun? I had unders and didnt even try to drive but tried at day 13 and it wasnt comfy but I could drive just had to put it into reverse using both hands lol x

It was about 3 weeks for me but that’s probably because i wasn’t very active the first few weeks and that slowed down my recovery x

im booked in for friday the 21st :D well when i went for my consulation they said office jobs only need a week to recover becuase we dont do any heavy lifting. if you havent got anymore holiday and need a few extra days go to the doctors and get a sick note. when it comes to driving i guess u will just have to be extra careful and take it slow so maybe leave for work ten mins earlier so you can take your time xxx

I don’t think a doctors note would quite cut it where I work unfortunately. So where are you having your BA? Do you mind telling me your stats? So interested in what other people are having or have had!! xx

I had 380 unders from a 32a (barely). Yep reallly happy with them so far. Still changing though so hopefully they’ll get even better!! Lol. The nurse said a week before driving but they also said I couldnt pick my lil un up for 6 weeks!!! Bit unrealistic I thought. I took the car for a spin round the block a few times to see how it felt. I don’t think I’d have drove knowing my insurance would have been invalid. Lol. Good job I didn’t crash!! X

    Hi – I drove on day 6 x

Meena don’t worry about going bigger. I think with that size you will def measure bigger than a DD but you won’t LOOK it because fakies look smaller than real breasts :D Mine look nowhere near an FF which they measure and more like the D or D/D cup i asked ofr xx

I was told a week! I had implants/ uplift. I tried around day 10 On a short drive and found it ok but felt a little tender and worried about having to emergency stop! I also felt strange turning my body with a seat belt on. Leave it as long as possible til u feel ready i drove a long way at two weeks p o and I really ached afterwards xxxxx

I’m 11 days post op and I went for a little drive this morn. Was ok, but quite uncomfortable. Though getting it into 5th made me twinge a little bit. I’ll probes wait a few more days before driving further. Xx
