    Hey lauraxox,

    They say 6weeks.

I’m having my Ba tomorrow and go on holiday in 8weeks!!

So leaves me two weeks to exercise before my hols :( xx

I’m not post op yet but I’d ask ur surgeon. Cs at my consult I asked Mario this and he said I can go back to the gym after 2 weeks as long as I just do lower body and slowly build it up. Xx

shelby Wow he told me 6 weeks, wish I had know this it drove me crazy been inactive, but I did have an uplift too so maybe that was the difference, perhaps it is tailored to the individual, you did right to ask your surgeon honey, xxxxxx

I was dreading he’d say 6 weeks cs as a dancer and fitness instructor there’s no way I cd b out of action that long!!! I was kinda surprised cs after saying he was giving me partials I thought it wud take even longer to recover!! But if Mario says 2 weeks then 2 weeks it is :D if I feel up to it. X

Lauraxox- Thank you hun, all good so far I love them even if they are pointy and very hard and high up haha. Love them though can’t believe I’ve got booobs! :)

I’m going to Tenerife where you going?

Its not good is it, thing is we have to start off slow/light exercise so if I put any weight on its gonna be hard to loose in two weeks for hols! :( wanted to do hardcore exercise for the two weeks!!! Ha

I’m a fitness instructor and train 7days a week so this is going to be very hard for me lol. Xx
