How long after your BA Can raise your hands above head? I'm 6 days po

Thanks Hun I have been putting my arms above my head to put tops on! Not going to anymore though I thought it was just the first few days you wasn’t suppose to do it for ooopppps could I have done any damage from doing it so early xx

i started quite early i washed my hair n stuff at a few days po and put my tops over my head 1 day po lol xx

I have been putting tops on and washing my hair an teaching things from shelfs etc just not straightened my arms right above my head, I get confused as my nurse said I needed to start moving arms more but then others say don’t do it

I’m 9 days post op and it’s comfortable to do so today. I think it’s once your incisions have closed over as long as u don’t stretch too far but u need to get the movement back x

I was washing and straightening my hair at 2 days po. I think you know yourself your limitations. As long as its not causing u pain to move then I would say its fine xx
