How long before all you post op ladies laid flat I'm 6 days po and nights

Are killing me not getting alot of sleep at all

I would like to know too, haven’t got as many pillows as I did at first, my boobs kill first thing in the morning x

this might be stupid question but when people refer to sleeping upright do they mean completely upright like in a sitting position? or just so the shoulders are elevated ? i cant imagine sleeping sitting up for days itl be soo uncomfy… xx

Not you don’t have to sleep upright Hun just elevated shoulders! It’s just I sleep on my back or on my side and finding it hard to sleep elevated xx

Hey sweet, I’m 6 days too but woke up this morning on my side spooning up to the bf ha my boobs were really quite sore tho, specially at the incisions so had to go back to sleep upright again. Hate sleeping like this just can’t get comfy unless I’m on my side hope someone can tell us when we can cus it’s killin me! Ha xx

im 2 weeks tomorrow and have lowered the pillows slightly but still cant sleep on my side as they are still sore x

Oh god I’m only day 6 don’t think I will make it to two weeks xx

im 10 days now and been with 2 pillows for 3 days…I just couldnt sleep at all elevated! Woke up the last few nights on my side too! Im going to try wedging pillows at the side of me tonight to stop me rolling….this weather doesnt help! xx

Hi Mercedes I haven’t woken up on my side yet but have woken up flat on my back! It is killing me not being able to be on my side or front I think I could live with my normal pillows on my back rather then elevated! Also had to move onto sofa for past few nights as I have silk sheet and to easy to slide around on and I missing being in bed with my man hah thanks bex xx
