How long before do I have to stay out the sun?

Thinking of going on holiday few weeks before, when do I have to stay out the sun? Xx

Hey! Beforehand you can do what you want. Not allowed spraytan 7 days before op though. After op you can’t go on sunbed for 6 weeks and must use a high SPF on your scars when sunbathing xx
