Hiya, I am having an op 4 Mar! I have been a regular at the gym and have lost lots of weight (at last!). Has anyone returned to the gym post op and how long did you need to wait? Advice appreciated!! Thanks Tazha.
you need to wait min 6 weeks depending on your healing but not really recommended to do the running machine!as may be a chance there drop,x
Hi tazha, I reckon you can do the bike and cross trainer if your not over doing it. I suppose it depends on the healing. I’m having my op 2nd Feb and there’s no way I can not go to the gym for 6 weeks. I was gonna book in at the gym to speak to a trainer and get them to show me different exercises. xx
Hi tazha
We advise you wait a minimum of 6 weeks after your procedure before you start to exercise again. We also recommend starting slowly and working your way back up to your normal level of training.

Mr Adamo said I can go to the gym 20 days post op! x
hey hunny, like all the ladies say wait until you are fully healed and ease yourself into it. I wear 2 sports bras to make sure the are down quite firm to look after them. I also wear a bed bra to look after them and stop stretch marks and seperation etc. xx
