how long before ur ba would u start taking arnica?

as above xx also wondering iv startd using palmers my ba is 12 jan is that 2 early lol x

i didnt use arnica as sometimes it causes more issues than helps and i use palmers as soon as possible the longer the better hun x

oh lol wel i was recomended totake arnica 4 weeks before im 1 jan so i should maybe start taking it now then.and i wer using bio oil morning and palmers on a night bt the bio oil being giving me a rash thin im alergic so palmers morning and nite u think as frm now?then continue after the surgery?yea i have been advised to take it i also been advised vitamin c?it helps reduce and fade ur scars and if u use before op few weeks 4 weeks iv been advised its meant to help reduce the aperance of them xx
