how long can i take my macom off for?

i feel really hot an need a lil break from that bra, how long can i go without wearing it? x

My nipples were really sensitive last week and my bra was making it much worse so I took it off for the night. I went for my week check up Yesturday and I told the nurse she said I have to wear it at all times but if I wanna take it off don’t leave it off for longer than half an hour xx
