How long did girls take to drop and fluff? When did they look less cone shaped?

Hi girls,

I know it takes a long time for you to see your end results and I really don’t mind the wait, I was just wondering when you started to see your boobs drop and fluff and more so when did you start losing that cone/torpedo shape you can see from the side view?

I had partials, I guess it changes depending on the placement of your implants too.
