how long did u all wait to go on sunbeds

im 2 wks post op now and am gona start going back on nxt wk when im 3 wks will just cover my boobies with a towel, cant stand being this pale much longer lol xx

lol im the same im dreading having to not go on them but i suppose if you cover them with a towel i dont see what harm it can do aslong as the uv can’t get to them x

I use stand up beds so cant cover wit a towel or it will fall off lol any advice as to what i can use??

im gona wait 6 weeks before i go back on .. i think its something to do with the heat making the blood come to the surface of the skin or something .. im not sure , maybe phone and speak to a nurse hun .. xx

i was told at my 6 week po i could start using them again as i asked haha xx

how long before your op are you meant to stop using them? xx

I was told not to use them for 12 months after as if it gets to the scars it can change the colour of them permanently fake tan for me! Xx

hollybol if you get some steri strips from asda just cover the scars up with the strips and the sun bed cant get to them … i spoke to the nurse today and she said she can’t answer this question as they have to advice us 3months but my pc said 6 weeks so im just waiting till then and going to cover the scars up and then a towel on the boobs due to skin pigments will be caused appently xxx
