How long did you take off work?

Hey Ladies,

Just wondering how much time you took off work following your procedure? Was it enough time for you? Are you desk based or in an active job?

Reason I ask, just had a telephone interview today for a job as I’m currently unemployed. The lady asked if I had any holidays booked or dates I needed off and I said I was having surgery on 15th June and would need approx a week and a half off work. It was the first thing that came into my head! I didn’t want to seem stupid by not knowing. Well I’ve passed the telephone interview and have a face to face next week. Is a week and a half enough?! x

Are you having unders or overs hun? And is the job your going for an active job or more sitting down?

I had unders aweek ago and was adviced to take two weeks off by surgeon as I drive for a living x

I’m having overs n wS told I’d be fine to just have a week off as I work in a call centre xx

It’s call centre work and I’m having overs x
