How long did you wait to have your op

Hi girls just wondered how long everyone waited to book in for their op. I was thinking of waiting until a few things have passed and for the end of year . ?? Just wondered what other sis

I had my consultation, met with the surgeon 2 wks later then had to wait two months for my date. I had a consultation with Mya a couple of years ago and met with a surgeon but in the end the timing wasn’t right for me but I was good to speak with someone and find out what I actually wanted xx

From actually making my decision and ringing up with a deposit, i only had to wait 2 weeks for an op date, but from initially getting in touch the whole process took a couple of month as i got different opinions had to wait for consultation dates etc. I always think its worth going in to speak to someone so at least you have more information to think abput it x

I had my initial consultation, saw 2 different surgeons and booked op all in the space of 2 weeks but I’ve booked it for September because same as you I wanted to wait til later on in the year for various reasons but I literally can’t wait for it to come round and wish it was like 2 weeks away haha x

initial consultation on 3rd March, met dr fiumara on 10th March and booked my date that evening too, pre op on 31st March then had my surgery on 9th May ? i was offered earlier than May but i wanted to wait until it was better with my work schedule! 3 weeks PO today and very happy! ? xx

I’ve had consultation meeting surging June 20th Dr Andrea ? Anyone had him. Then was going to wait schedule op for later in the year ✌️ I think

my op is 9weeks exactly from my firs tconsultation. I asked for this date as I am already off work but I think you can have as close or as far away date as you want they do recommend a two week cooling off period from meeting your surgon though xx

From having my first appointment (8th April) and my surgery (22nd May) 6 weeks 2 days in total. I hadn’t realised it was so quick! There was earlier op dates too but I just couldn’t make them! Xx

I had all my appointments in the one day as I’m from Scotland and to save on travel, I then had my op 15 days later. Can be as quick or aslong as you like really. Xx
