How long did you wear your macom bra for?

How long did you wear your Macom for and after does it need to be a sports bra or any non wired bra…. Can I wear the Asda post surgery bras are they supportive enough? Still gutted that my boobs are shrinking boo hoo

I alternated my Macom with my Tesco High Impact sports bra and had an Asda one too.

6 weeks in sports bra – then after 6 week check normal bras again

I’m still wearing mine to bed 12 wks post op!

I love my Macom and still wear it sometimes and I’m 12 weeks post op too. It’s sooooo comfy! I had a real love hate relationship with it to begin with, week 2 and I despised it, but then I despised all bras then lol. Now I love it, comfiest bra I have ever worn! Xx

must admit it is so comfortable i am 2 week post op and love it x

Mine irritates me and doesn’t hide my peek a boo nipples x

I never go to bed without my sports bra on – unless pisst xx

It becomes a comfort blanket! I hated it the first couple of weeks, it was so uncomfortable but that was the swelling, if I don’t wear it now I wake up with sore boobs!

To be fair the design ain’t to bad lol

Me too !! My boobs r so sore n painful in morning if i dont wear it too bed x
