How long do I keep this strapping on (mr Singh)?

Can any post op girls tell me how long do I have this strapping on for? I never saw mr Singh b4 I got discharged so wasn’t given any do’s or dont’s and after care.

Should I be wearing a sports bra on top of my strapping? And when is my next appointment? Should I be phoning mya to arrange for my appointment. And mya where is my bloody corset garment I’m still waiting for?

I just had mine removed on day 7.

They advise with mr singh to remove it if you want on tday 4, i removed the middle strap, and top strap on day 4, which gave me much more freedom, then let the nurse do the bottom strapping on my day 7 appt and it leaves your incisions bare. You need to arrange your appt if you havent already. I wore my macom bra over it. xx
