how long do i need help with my 9 month old bby after ba?

It depends on what your daily routines are…for example do you still use a carry car seat, because they can be quite heavy. I found with my 2 year old that I could pick him up to do small transfers (from car, etc) by about 10 days. You should be fine after a week (maybe less) if you’re little one is only 9 months. If you’re having overs, even less xx

Hey, I was advised 2 weeks before picking up my 11 month old (she’s small tho) and i felt ok to lift her after about 12 days x

I had unders and my partner had to go back to work 3 days po so i was left to look after my then 11 month old and 3yr old on my own. I managed quite well did feel abit sorry for myself some times but it wasn’t as bad as id imagined it xx

Yeah like Beckie90 said, you just have to cope – I was the same, I had to look after my kids earlier than a week…just try and take it easy and have everything you need for them at the height for you to reach xx
