how long do i need to use the v-pillow for?

hey guys im 1week post op just wondering when i can go back to sleeping normaly again. xx

do they give you one of them or do you have to buy it?

Omg, when you have a BA you need a v pillow? I suppose it’s to stop you lying on your front?

i never used a V pillow and i’m 5 weeks post op now. . . .

i used 3 pillows to keep me up right and after a week i could sleep normal. . . i did check with my PC when i had my bandages off, and she said this was fine. . .xx
