how long do they stay like hard cones?

how long does it take for the stiffness and cone like shape to fully go? my boobs still feel quite firm and i will be 3 weeks PO on Monday, they are fluffing and dropping slowly but thought they would be softer than they are right now xx

I’m 7 weeks PO and they are totally normal shape now. I would say that cone shape should go within the next couple of weeks. Everyone is different though as by week 2 mine had become much less cone shape. X
