How long do u after wear a sports bra in bed for?

Hi girls i am just wondering how long you after wear a sports bra in bed for.

hi hun, i think its a personal thing, but if you wanna look after your boobies id wear one to bed as often as possible, i still wear mine a few times a week and im 5 months po this week, i wear normnal bras to bed too though xx
