how long do u need to wear a bra to bed for ?

I’m 8 months post op and I’m still wearing a wireless bra to bed, I would like to know if anybody can help me pl..do u think its needed ? For bed I’m a 34f and have had a uplift I’m just to scared to stop wearing it in case they drop thanks x
