How long do you have 2 wait before u can ave a sunbed post op?

The nurse yesterday said 3 months coz the sunbed wiil make scars darken. x

Yeah and once it’s darkened it stays discoloured.

No matter when you sunbathe/sunbed it always put full sun block on your scars so they’re never exposed. That way there’s no risk of discolouring.

Really the crease of your breast usually covers the scar but I’m quite concious about it turning darker.

I was told not to use sun beds for 6 weeks,i didnt use a sunbed for 3 months and i covered the scars.
