How long do you have to sleep upright for??

Just as above? Im 5 days post op, hasnt been to bad but no my back is starting to get sore, jsut wondering how much longer?xx

Same I’d like to no I’ve started waking up on my back tut tut haha xxx

I had my 1 week check up today and asked this the nurse said after 48hrs sleep how you like the twins won’t go anywhere lol

Lol,so after a week? I don’t quite get that… I might be being thick tho lol x

I slept with 2 pillows and my v pillow from day 2 as long as your comfy will be fine cx

OOOhhh!! I remember the excitement of buying the V pillow from argos!!! it defo does comes in handy just what u need to make you feel more comfortable think it was about 1-2 weeks really its really just till your upper body strength comes back especially if your procedure is under the muscle. It was a good job my hubby was off work he had to turn me over and lift me up I couldn’t move from laying down. x x

i am fine, no pain, have all my upper body strength, im only day 5 post op, i havent had NO pain at all .. can i sleep lying down now then??xx

which pillow did you get …i looked in argos and they had three?
