    Just as above? Im 5 days post op, hasnt been to bad but no my back is starting to get sore, jsut wondering how much longer?xx

    I had my 1 week check up today and asked this the nurse said after 48hrs sleep how you like the twins won’t go anywhere lol

    I slept with 2 pillows and my v pillow from day 2 :) as long as your comfy will be fine cx

    OOOhhh!! I remember the excitement of buying the V pillow from argos!!! it defo does comes in handy just what u need to make you feel more comfortable think it was about 1-2 weeks really its really just till your upper body strength comes back especially if your procedure is under the muscle. It was a good job my hubby was off work he had to turn me over and lift me up I couldn’t move from laying down. x x

    i am fine, no pain, have all my upper body strength, im only day 5 post op, i havent had NO pain at all .. can i sleep lying down now then??xx

    which pillow did you get …i looked in argos and they had three?
