how long do you have to sleep upright for???

Hi i was wondering how long you have to sleep upright for after the op, how long till you can sleep on your side as normal

Hi, i was told to sleep upright for the first week… For me, this was the worst thing about having the op! Luckily, i could get pretty comfy on my side after around 10 days

hiya i was sleeping upright for a week but if you buy a v shaped pillow from argos it supports your back and makes it feel more comfortable xx
