How long do you need to wait for your ba op?

Hi, i know everyones gonna be different but on average how long after you decide your def gonna do it and put your deposit down till the actual op? Im impatient lol! Meeting pc on Wednesday, if all goes well hope to meet Ben Chew. I’ve wanted to do this forever and have met with other cosmetic surgery companies but it just never felt right. So far MYAs really winning me over. I just want boobs now!! Has anyone had a really quick turnaround from first meeting pc to getting their op?x

Hi, it depends how flexible you are! I booked mine within 2 weeks of seeing the surgeon, I’m on mat leave, so I could go at short notice and I got a discount for filling an empty theatre space, so if you can go at short notice, ask about discounts! I only decided in Jan I was defo going to have a BA, and I’m having my surgery on monday….very excited! a 32b to hopefully a DD+! I think my first visit to my pc was about 4 weeks ago, so its been really quick, but I could go any time! I hope that helps xx

I did quite alot of research, and Mya has a great reputation….hospital group wasnt so great and transform had a good rep…so it was between the 2, but I liked mr Russo, and he has a great repuation…he even sorts out messed up boob jobs, so I had great confidence in him! I’m a small 32b, and I’m having 410’s…nearly went for 380’s but the more I look at pics I want bigger lol! they should be about DD, I’m having allergen high profiles….i started off wanting a natural look and now I want fake-ish looking….so add loads of people and do your research on what you want! its really exciting ….and if you can go at short notice you’ll get a huge discount! xx

Lol ive got so many pictures of what i dont want and some of what i do! And a book full of questions for my pc! I work full time by i know theyl be flexible if i can get a last min slot. Are you having unders or overs? Im 32b/small c hoping to be at least DD or E. Do you mind if i ask how much your paying? It seems to vary between £3850 TO £4500 with people ive spoke to so far.x

I had my consultation on 6th Jan and my op on the 23rd so 2 weeks but they still felt forever

I had my first consultation atbthe end of jan, had surgeon consultation about a week and a half later then got my pre op and have second meeting with surgeon on wed also at glasgow! What time you there? I’m booked in for op on 28th of this month xx

I’m not sure if I’m having unders or overs as Mr Russo does what he feels is best when he is in theatre, but I think he prefers unders…I’ll trust his judgement! I;m paying £3700 with travel and overnight stay…but only because it was last minute and a slot they otherwise wouldnt fill..I was originally quoted £4250 for over night and travel, £3850 as a day case! i have a small baby, so it was difficult for my partner to drive me, so we thought this way would be better! you can get discount if you have a friend who has had it done £150, or at least £250 if you go at the last minute…I suppose it depends on how easy they can fill the slot? maybe some places are easier than others? I think 380-410’s would probably get what you want….everyone is different though, you might not even need that if you are a small C! Ill post some pics when I get mine done! xx

Angeljefferson are you having overnight stay at hosp? Can I ask how you got it this cheap? Don’t meanto sound rude haha it’s just Im doing late space so got my op for £3600 but this is day case. I still have to put travel as I’m over an hour away and a hotel on top of this. I’m struggling to find someone to come with me now and am really panicking! Xx

Thatd be brilliant thanks! The more i hear about mya from this forum from people that have actually used them the more confident i am in them! I want big full but natural- ish lol! Just dont want two orbs stuck on my chest with a massive gap in the middle!

Karen is lovely! That’s my pc but I’m meeting with leanne (I think) for post op and also seeing Ben again. I’m in from 2 so might see you! Hope all goes well. If you are thinking about doing it as quick as you can mention the late space discount to them as they didn’t give me it until I asked them about it! xx

Ashbash, I only had 1 weeks notice of the date! the shorter the notice the more you can discount!and I think it depends which hospital, some are easier to fill then others due to geographics of the clinics xx

Angeljefferson, been reading this post, WOW, that’s pretty short notice! That’s what I would want, the further away the date, the more I’d worry myself sick and try to talk myself out of it! Lol! I’m pretty flexible through march, Im seeing MYA for my first appointment and Mr Russo for the surgeons appointment all in the same day on the 29th Feb, and if im happy with MYA, I want the next available appointment for surgery.

Don’t suppose you have an idea of the clinics your more likely to get a quick surgery date at? Do you mind me asking the amount of discount you got with only a weeks notice? xx

i saw my pc for the first time and booked my op date there and then, had my op 20 days later! xx

I’m going to preston near blackpool, but the discount will depend on the demand I suppose? I would think the Londons clinic are the most busy, therefore less discount??? I’m only guessing? and I dont know if the PC’s are on commission…so it may depend individually? I got £500, but really short notice…you can negotiate with any company…my friend got them for £3250 with the hospital group as a day case, and harley st are offering day case as £3250, but unless you live in London, the discount would be taken up with travel and hotel costs in London? and transform are £3600 day case, or newcastle viva £3995…..I trusted Mya the most, good surgeons, 5 year surgical guarentee and lifetime allergan implants…it meant more than cost at the end of the day xx

Ayshababy – didnt you want to meet the surgeon first before making that final decision and booking? Or can you hold a date then meet surgeon then make final decison? :S

haha nope! i couldnt wait, if i thought about it too much i wouldnt of gone through with it im terrible! so i researched alot first n came to the decision of Singh after hearin so many gd storys n seein the pics of his “work” on here that are all amazing! x

I know i completely agree. Ive met two diff surgeons from other companies and both meeting put me of the company entirely!

Yeah that makes sense, I’m gonna bring it up when I see them in a couple of weeks. I’m going to Leeds, so hopefully they might have some late availability for one of the clinics up north
