How long do you wear front fastening clothes for?

Hi, I have my ba in 8 days and have been looking through my clothes and don’t have that many front fastening things which would be suitable. How long approx will I be wearing front fastening clothes will it be 6 weeks? If so I will def need to go shopping lol. Oh and I’m having unders. xx

Dont worry about front fastening clothes you really dont need them. I took vest tops to the hospital with me and then once i’d the op the nurse showed me the easiest way to get them on.

Dont get me wrong you may feel a little sore but it is alot easier than you think!

I bought front fastening pj’s in primary sales, and wore my fellas shirts. After my op I couldn’t do much, and if I tried 2 get a vest top I’d have cried but that was me, usually I heal fast, but even at a week post op, I couldn’t bend my arms back 2 get in my jackets so used my fellas everyone heals differently, and others can do more things at different times xx

heh hun, I bought 2 pairs of front fastening pjs, I had overs and only needed them for a couple of days. Im nearly a week post op and can put on normal tops no problem.

Thanks for your replies, I think I’ll make do with what I’ve got maybe buy one or to things. I had images of myself in the same shirt for 6 weeks lol xx
