How long do you wear sports bra for?

Hi girls, i’m four weeks post op tomorrow and wondered for how long am I supposed to wear my Macom? I am a Mr K girl so had one week of bandages. The nurse then booked my next appointment for 17th, but this is five weeks of Macom bra… for some reason I thought we only had to wear it for four? It feels like a lifetime of wearing these ugly things… I know it will be worth it in the end!! x

from what i was told it is 6 weeks. and still after, you should wear when possible. x
