how long do you wear your sports bra for bed

hi I’m 11 weeks post op and I was wondering how long you have to wear a sports bra at night for lol, does anyone know if it’s better to wear the sports/marcom bra still for bed, its just when i’m in bed with out a bra on they pull side ways in the middle of my chest with out it and im scared they will sag again lol x

They say you should wear one indefinitely to take the best care of them

maybe depends on your size also I had mr adamo and 255cc and told not to wear a bra! which was great for me, I wear soft CK bras now and nothing to bed 6 weeks post op now.

If your petite it sometimes encourages them to fall more as I was completely flat before x
