How long does it take for boobs to start to go soft?

Im 3 weeks post op 2day and they still feel quite hard. And they dont seem to of dropped yet? x

I would like to know this aswell Im 3 weeks on Thurs mine are still really hard, softened slightly on top xx

im iin the same boat, but 4 weeks today. much softer on the tops and a little around the sides. Apparently they soften up a lot more when u start massaging. But u gotta wait til ur nurse shows u what to do xx

Mine went softish at around 8 weeks. Im 10 months po now and they’ve only recently gone really soft.xx

Mine have def changed yesterday and today, a lot softer on top and they sort of jiggle when i move. Not as much as I thought they would have by now though, having seen osme other girls pics. I’m 2 weeks 2 days post op x

MIne are soft on tops and hard round side. Have improved since massaging tho! Im 12wks on weds xx
