    ive been messed around for 3 days being bomed off. just to get money back. has anyone else had any problems. ive not made an appontment with a surgeon yet so i havent got any ties with them.

    ive been paying into my pygy bank but i havent booked with a surgeon so i should be able to get it all back. but every time i phone they have an excuse why they cant do it that day and say ill phone u back and they dont.
