how long does it take

am getting excited now only a few days 2 go still finding it hard 2 give up smoking though n e 1 got n e tips am just hoping these next few days go fast not its all i keep thing about

I dint stop at all even had one in the car just before i went into the hospital on the day of me op . It slows the healing process down an surgeons can turn you away if they know you been smokin . All i can say is try patches an gum hun or cut down as much as you can i know its hard with all the excitement

Lilmiss I know exactly where ur comin from. Its soo hard to give up. And the more you think about stopping I fink u actually smoke more!! I got just over 2 weeks to go for my op so really gonna try next week. Wish you lots of luck for your op girl!

I didnt stop either, i didnt have one on the day just wore a patch. Its really hard anyway to give up let alone when your nervous!! Good luck hun xx
