how long does mr traynor say wear a sports bra?

hello lovlies for those of you who have had mr traynor how long did you have to wear your sports bra im 5 weeks post oop today and its safe to say im itching to go get some ‘real’ bras, my 6 week check is next tuesday is this usually when were allowed them again ?? i had overs if thats any use xxx thanks xxx
