How long for stretch marks to go

Im so disappointed. My breasts are covered in dark purple stretch marks to the point i won’t be able to show them off in a bikini and they are obvious in a bra. 5k down the drain to the point i absolutely hate them.
I wish had never had it done, they are ugly and i dont even want to show my bf them coz he goes “look at them stretch marks”.
I’ve covered them in oil (even though the nurse said not to for 6 weeks)
how long until they fade? I’m so so disappointed.

Aww hun it must be hard and i feel for you, but think positive, if you never had lots of stretch marks to begin with then you won’t have them permanently
I think your doing the right thing by oiling them up and keeping them moisturised
Maybe when your healing process is over they will go ? maybe its just your skin adjusting to the implants and once its settled they will go?

Worse case scenario they do fade. I have stretch marks on my stomach form my daughter and they are hardly noticeable now. I know you obviously would prefer to not have them but I’m sure after a while if they don’t go they will fade. I had one tiny stretch mark on my boob from pregnancy and my partner didn’t even notice until I showed him.

My boobs were covered in awful purple stretch marks after having my little girl. I went from a B to a DD. I hated them, I used bio oil and they faded to a few white ones after about 6 months. I always knew they were there but my fiancé said he didn’t notice them. I know how confidence destroying stretch marks can be but they will fade. I know you can have laser treatment but not sure if it’s the same after surgery. X

I ‘vr been using bio oil since since I had my op 13 weeks ago , I had a scar due to the breast band digging in my right boob . The scar is still there , but it is very faint and you can hardly see it . I think in another 3 months it will be completely gone ..,,

Your boyfriend sounds an arse! How unsensative to your feelings is that. They will fade to a silvery colour don’t worry about it lots of girls have stretch marks. You could even try to disguise them with make up or dermablend if you self conscious of them. Hope your ok x

The reason I’m so so pissed off is I’ve spent a fortune on my BA and also a holiday in sept! I can’t go with my breast looking like this! They are just completely covered in dark purple lines. I can’t wait 6 months for them to fade!
If someone had told me this would happen I wouldn’t have bothered having it done! I’m so disappointed!
