How long off work?

I’m thinking how much time l need off work I’m a barber so arms raised slightly most of the time ? How long did people take off and what jobs have u got? X

Well I model so took a whole month off, just getting back to it now! It’s ok if you’re just sitting at a desk to go back after about a week, but in your situation i’d take at least a couple off. You will feel as though everything’s fine if you’re anything like me, but after you’ve overused those damaged muscles, you’ll FEEL it, and it could delay your recovery, so listen to your body and take off as much time as it needs xx

Wow. Thing is I’ll be using holiday and only get 20 days. I can ask juniors to do more when I go back. Just don’t wanna waste holiday tho I suppose I have to for sake of my soon to be prescious boobies. . What do u have girls? Unders or overs? X

Oh sorry should have said, i had unders. Unders do take longer to heal usually, but you should still take off as much time as your body needs.

I have a very physical ob, i had unders and ws back to full duties after 18days!!

Lixy I was lucky and never had any pain. By week 3 i had a few twinges under my scars. I was just very aware of how delicate my muscles were/ are, and every time i stretched for something or raised my arms over my head without thinking, it would pull and then i’d ache all the next day.

Ahhh I’m scared of damaging them. Gotta wait till jan for mine. Atleast itl be cooler and not hot and sticky when u have them done.hehe. Thanks newboobies ur pics look fab. U pleased? They changing everyday? X

Yeah they really do change every day, can’t believe the difference in them now I am happy yeah, still wish i’d gone bigger, but they seem to be growing as they drop so i’m still being patient lol

Hi Ladies, I’m taking a week off work because it’s all the holiday I have left, I work in an office so won’t be do anything physical. The one thing thats scares the crap out of me though is having to get on a packed train everyday.

My op isn’t until 7th Sept and already when i’m on the train i’m trying to see if I can protect myself….LOL

I might have to call in sick for 3 days though so i’m off for 10 days.

I’m also really worried about my boobs being so obvious when I go back, I hate that kind of attention. I think i’ll be wearing alot of baggy tops for a while until they really settle down….LOL

Lou if you get the MaCom it does a good job of squishing your boobies down. I also saw some great reducing bras in debenhams and M&S today you could check out for work xx

Do u wear Macom straight away ? I’m having kazzazi he does strapping doesn’t he? X
