How long should I take off work?

I’m thinking of taking 2 weeks off work will this be enough? I’m a health care assistant in a mental health secure unit

Hello! I work in mental health hospital aswell, 2 weeks should be fine howeve make sure you make your manager aware that you can’t restrain for another 4 weeks and get a letter from occupational health xx
