How long til overs soften?

I think the swelling has started to come down, thanks to hot water bottles under my arms. I’ve updated my pictures. How long til they start to soften? x

I had unders hun, but mine started to soften at week 3 really quite sqwidgy now week 4 x

Mine too 7 weeks before really softening. I’m 8 weeks now and they are really soft xx

I’ve have some squishy bits at sides and started to get a bit of wobble, Am 3 weeks post op

helen i have a big squishy bit on my left boob and i am only 6 days post op i am worried abit about it xx
