How long til you get an answer from First Medical Loans??

Hey girls

Got accepted in principle (joint application)

Sent off the bank statements, paylsips etc which they say they send to the ‘underwriters’ just wondering how long it takes (generally) to get a decision. Really hoping to find out by the end of the week but only sent the papers off yesterday. So impatient, lol xx

A woman from there called me the other day as just a courtesy call to check i had recieved the agreement and letter etc n i said yeah i was just getting everything together to send back and i asked how long they would take to give a decision once they recieved them and she said a few days xx

in the same position, joint application, they have every thing they need,called me today to query some of the transactions on my acc…. and my op is 2nd sept so need it sorting asap, expecting it to be by weekend, fingers crossed xx

What did they query hun? My credit rating is appaling but my boyfriends is good. My bank account is overdrawn so I didn’t want to send my statements. Instead I sent my boyfriends account and our joint account. Bet they won’t accept that x

i did it through my mam as my credit rating is so bad. once she sent off her statements it only took a couple of days before i got a call saying it had been approved. my pc chased them up though i think as i’d booked my surgery date for 2 weeks later! x

Thanks gtown – they said I couldn’t just have my boyfriend on the application. They said I had to be on it too. I just wish they would hurry up and give an answer, arghhhhh! x
