Ask your nurse or surgeon honey,they will be able to tell you,write it down because you know you will forget when you get to the appointment,lol,xx

one fing im a bit more please about is thatmy nipps are deff not stickin straight outwars they’re slowly coming in and are alot more on the front but still pointy i just need to giv em time i know but its so hard!!! X Well atleast ive done it ay!!

Ita 6 weeks hun, its the same as soaking in the bath, its just incase any germs in the pool get into you incisions and cause infection xx

I was told at pre op its 6wks aswell xx

i was told 6 weeks by my nurse. As, im a keen swimmer ;o)

fanx girlies. yeee i aint been swimming for four yrs as have been so self concious its rele bad my op means so much to me as i used to be a competative swimmer but yeh den got too self concious and left.. am rele hopin i meassure an E tho xx
