How long till propa bras?? Sleep on side?

How long after op can you wear normal bras

And sleep on side I’m hearing different things??

Six to eight weeks for normal bras, and sleeping on your side should be when you feel you can xx

If your comfortable to do it then yes 🙂 charbabe slept from a few days post op on her side, I even did it slightly last night (while sleeping upright I kept learning to a side for comfort) xx

@beckie90 REALLLYYYY?!?!? When I had my first op I got told to lie propped up on loads of pillows and sleep on my back for like 4 weeks. I’m clearly lying on my side tonight :))))))). Xxx

Lol I got told that sleeping on my side wasn’t an option until I had my next check up at 8 weeks post op xx

I had ba, tummy tuck and lipo was 3 week PO yesterday and been in my side for about a week x

Yea 1st time they said 4wk but this time nurse said lie propped up for a few days.. I think as long as it dusnt hurt u should be fine xxx

I’ve been sleeping on my side ages and I’m 3 week post op tomorrow. If it got a bit uncomfy I’d just lay on my back but to be honest that can be more uncomfy. X I’ve also worn a bra on 2 occasions so I could dress normal cos I was getting depressed in frumpy clothes

I slept on my side from day 4 – worth wearing a good sports bra until the whole 6 weeks is up because if your paying 4k for the op you want them to look as good as they can 🙂
