how long till u can??

How long after op can u drink alcohol? I’m 4days post op (bad I know lol) and how long till any1 was driving? I feel like I cud probs manage it now but dnt wana risk it if not supposed to I had ba with mini lift x

dont drink till your off the antibiotics xx

I wouldnt chance driving yet,in case the pain kicks in whilst you are trying to manouvre,it could be dangerous honey for you and other road users.xxx

No driving either? For how long? Hadn’t even thought of that x x

I was a couple of weeks,made sure I could move my arms properly with no pain before I attempted it,but some people have been just a week and felt ok to drive,I think its down to the individual and how you have healed honey,I wouldnt want to strain something and knock the healing back,xxx

I had a drink 6 days after when I’d finished the antibiotics x

My pain is no where near as bad as I thought it wud b I’m very lucky lol. Only took pain killers first day then realized I didn’t need them. I have had 2kids tho so as far as pain goes my threshold is quite high lol. But yeh defo gona wait at least a week to b on safe side xx

im 4 days post op and having a drink now, nurse at hospital said i could drink on the antibiotics jst not codine x

Yeah I thought the antibiotics I’m on are ok to drink thru as they warn u on the box if its not ok. Metronidazole are the ones u have to b careful with! Didn’t end up havin a drink anyway but I like to keep my options open lol x

i had a drink as soon as i had finished my antibiotics…couldn’t drive for about 3 weeks though and even then i struggled with 5th gear (i had an uplift with implants) xx
