How long until they start to drop/fluff?/ Macom bra

Hi ladies, I had my BA on Sunday and had my strapping off today, such a nice relief! I was just curious how long it takes until they start to drop and fluff a bit? I had unders so I’ve read it takes a big longer. They’re sitting really high atm and still look a bit ‘cone like’ from the side, especially the right one which seems to look bigger and more swollen than the left!

Also, how tight should your bra be afterwards? I’ve got a Macom bra on now and it feels ok but can tell its pushing them together if that makes sense? Just want to make sure this is ok and I don’t need something s bit loser?

hey hun, i had overs on the 13th and to be honest i think they have started already but my PC said should be fully fluffed and dropped in a couple of months. i had 500cc overs. i hope you love your new boobies. My bra was so tight and uncomfortable, but since i woke up today it has been fine and really comfy (over night changes). xxx

Hi @charliemilly89, oh that’s good then that hasn’t taken long at all for them to start! 🙂 I do, it’s just so strange looking at them still can’t believe I’ve had it done it’s weird ?! I hope you love yours too! Ah that’s ok then, I had a feeling it needed to be tightish to keep them snug! Haha xxx

Hi 🙂 I had 400cc unders November last year and at my 6week appointment they were still high, I think it took a fair few months to get the result I ended up with but it will be worth waiting for, I had revision surgery 2 days ago and now I have 500cc overs and mine feel like they’ve dropped loads in 2 days it’s crazy! You’ll notice them changing every day for a while but it will be worth the wait xx

Yes! I was so impaitent mine looked like cones for about a month ? Then when I gave up looking for changes each day that’s when I noticed they had changed so much haha. They do change each day though but when you look all the time like I did and still am you don’t notice as much xxx

I am completely the same. Post op day 4 and they are very high and like pointy cones. ?.. I cannot wait for them to drop and fluff! Xxx

How you doing now @rosiex ? Last time I spoke to you you’d just had your op! My right one is just like that too! but my left one has started to drop already and causing me no bother at all, it’s so strange! Xxx

I’m 8 days post op , my right boob is fine and has started to drop but my left is stil a bit higher up and gives me pain sometimes so hopefully that one will stay to drop soon xx

Mine are the same but the other way round haha. Yes fingers crossed it starts to drop soon! It’s annoying as I can see through clothing that my right one is still swollen ? @boobies2016 xx

I’m getting there thanks Jess, pain has eased a lot however still a bit sore. I managed to have a bath and have my hair washed today which has helped me feel a lot better! ? Also been pottering around the house today but I’m not sleeping well, I hope I get a good nights kip tonight. How you doing? Xxx

Glad you’re feeling better overall, I had my hair washed yesterday too felt so much better, going to attempt a bath tomorrow just scared I won’t be able to get out haha! I’m quite lucky I’ve slept really well every night which has really surprised me, how come you can’t sleep? Just uncomfortable sitting up? ? @rosiex xxx

Haha just be careful and take your time! ?.. Yes I normally starfish so just getting used to the position lol, and pain.. Mine have been really tender and sore, but the pain has eased a lot today! Another day tomorrow, night ? Xxx
