I’d really like to know too. Have just been looking at sleep bras online. Having been an A cup most my life there’s a lot to learn!
Can’t imagine being out of my macoms at the moment- I’m 5 weeks post op x

Have you asked your PC or nurse at the clinic?

Hey from what I’ve seen on here it’s best to remain in a crop top at night for a while. I saw a girl respond to another post saying shes having a re op because they’ve dropped too much. She slept without support at night and is only 7-8months post op.

They’re still forming upto a year post op and it can take that long til the final result so anything you do in the meantime could compromise that.

Speak to your surgeon as they can better advise you because if you had a re op it would be them doing it as ur surgery is insured under their name as ur surgeon and they have responsibility to provide guidance to ensure best outcome.

For example my surgeon has advised I do not wear a push up bra for a year as they can displace the implant so I’m gona follow that myself.
But of course it varies surgeon to surgeon on certain things
    Hope all tht helps

I’m thinking about sleeping in my macoms after 6 weeks, anyone else do that? I’ll try some softer sports bras too. Bravissimo do a new sleep bra too xx
