how long was you told to wear your macom/sports bra for during a day?

im 9 days po..ive been wearing my macom all day and night i have two so one in the wash while im wearin the other..boobies ache if i take it off..should i be goin without it for a few hours or something or is this ok?

No hun…….sports bra 24/7 FOR 6 WEEKS!!….only take it off in the shower!!! x Thats what Mr Singh told me! x

i used to have a break for an hour in the evening it didnt do my boobs no harm mine are still perfectly pert x
