How long wearing a sports bra at night?

Hey,

I’m 8 weeks post op and I was wondering how long you have to wear a sports bra at night for? Also even though I’m now allowed to wear normal, underwired bras, does anyone know if it’s better to wear the sports bras still when poss?

sports bras support you a lot more so suppose is is good to wear now and again iv got attached to mine lol always wear one for bed after 8 wk am sure you can wear what you want for bed really x
