How long were you off work for

How long was you off work for, and was your employer OK with you taking time off

I went back to work on day 7 – my employer didn’t know as I had it done in scheduled holidays

I had 2 weeks, I have quite a manual job so was on light duties for 4 weeks when I went back. I felt 2 weeks was enough too but all depends on your type of work xx

I took annual leave so didn’t tell my employer the reason and I was off work for 5 days but I’m working from home so it was an easy transition back to work, I think it depends on your workplace and type of work how long you would need off x

Hi Steph. Did you have an uplift? I’m looking at taking 4 days off incl. day of surgery. I also work from home. I’m thinking only the pain will be the thing that’s a distraction. Thanks 😊

Hi Rochelle, I didn’t have an uplift just enlargement, I has surgery on Saturday and was working by Thursday. Yes just keep on top of your pain killers and try to sit comfy I’m sure you’ll be fine! ☺️
