How long would I have to wait for ba?

Hey

Could anyone tell me how long it took between their first apt with their pc to meeting their appointed surgeon and then actually having their ba? I have booked my op with a non mya consultant on 6th sep and so have booked time off work etc. to accommodate this but for some reason I’m having second thoughts and want a second opinion. Was wondering if I changed my mind and wanted to go with the mya surgeon how quick I could possibly have it done (in an ideal world!) to save me rearranging all my dates!x

You’d have to speak to a consultant hun and see what dates they have available. My first consult was April and I’m having my op today. However it could have been much sooner if I’d had the money to pay it off straight away. Just give ur local clinic a ring and see what they say, can’t do any harm. Xx

I had 18 days between my first app with my surgeon app, and my op. I paid there and then so could have it so quick xx

i had my first consultation with my surgeon at the end of March and was offered a date in the start of May, but i didn’t end up having my surgery until September due to finances and other comitments x

I went for consultation in July and saw surgeon on same day then had my surgery 4 weeks later. Now I am a week and a day post op.

Wow that was quick Marie! Think I was getting a bit too impatient n anxious because I’d already booked 2 weeks off work etc around the 6th but cancelled the original op now and gonna go with the saying ‘more haste less speed’ or something like that lol
