How many girls actually wore an underwired bra at 6 weeks po? unders & overs

got my 6 week check in 2 weeks an wondered how many of you girls got the all clear to wear an underwired bra? an if were were u able to wear one? or did it hurt? also with unders does take the same amount of time as overs to be able to wear one? got a big night out the day after my 6 week check an really hop ill be able to wear a propa bra! :S xx

OR were any of u not allowed to wear one at 6 wks? an if so why? xx

I wore under wires from week six, and I love them, iv not had a problem wearing them, and I had unders. I found the la senza full support to be the comfiest, but one my fella go lt from Ann summers is just lovely

I had my six week check today (eleven and a half weeks post op), and was told I did the right thing because my boobs are ‘perfect’ and really suit my frame xx

Been wearing underwired bras from around week 5, put a dressing over the scars to protect them at first though, haven’t had any problems x

I was wearing them on and off for a couple of weeks before i could get used to them again. I fell in love with my macom which is the comfiest bra ever and took it in turns while i got used to wearing underwire ones again. It actually feels quite strange to be able to wear normal bras again after so long withough…or i thought so anyway x

I hope he says I can wear one! I think I’ll be fine but can’t imagine it will be very comfortable!! Few hours for a night out might be okay! Thanks girls xx

I went for my 6 week check and got the all clear – got the nurse to help me put my underwire push up on for me lol xx threw the sports bra in my handbag.

I found i cud not wear them for long periods oftime initially but no prob now.

Still wear a sports bra to bed 95% of the time x

i was wearing under wired bras at about 3-4 weeks, support bras were rubbing and only wore one at night, had no problems with mine and they settled better then a friend of mine who ended up with real pointy boobs always being in such a tight bra. Needless to say everyones different, i feel mine have settled and look much more natural, am almost 2 months PO now.

i tried one on in matalan today actually did it by mistake as i took aload of non wired ones in i didnt realise one was wired lol actually felt fine! didnt buy it cos i know id wanna wear it! ahhh cant wait!!!! 13 days till my 6 week check!! hooorayy!!! xx
