How many of you asked to have a BA on the NHS and were refused?

Just curious to know how many of you asked to have your BAs done on the NHS? A family member of mine is adamant that i will get it done on the NHS and she says the waiting list isnt long?? im not sure i believe that lol xx

I tried with my GP but she said they had cut back on all of that. x

i’ve been lookin on the net and a lot of people said they had to go see a councillor and were put on anti depressants plus u have to apply for funding x

I was on the NHS waiting list. i was severley depressed, on anti depressants i saw a councillor/psychiatrist and was apoved then when i fell pregnant i got took of the list, also the list is really long. i was also told i wouldn’t be able to make descissions about the surgery, Surgeon, size etc… xx

I tried too, saw a councillor, tablets same as “christine” was told that even though I was depressed and it was affecting my day to day life, wouldnt consider it…I was also told that they only do this type of surgery if their is a medical reason…not just cosmetic and that the waiting list was huge…sorry but worth a go if you really want one done….x

I tried a few years ago and was told i wasn’t a suitable candidate.
